Cadillac intends to enter into battle with the Germans from Mercedes by introducing a mysterious pattern that seems to be a direct rival for Mercedes CL.So far, the model to be released is XTS, which debuted at the Detroit Motor Show last year. Its goal is to replace the STS and DTS models.
XTS will be followed by another two surprise models. The first will be a sedan that will compete with the Audi A8, BMW 7 Series, Lexus LS and Mercedes S-Klasse. This flagship will have rear-wheel drive. The model will be priced at 80,000 dollars (61,850 euros).
The second offer that Americans will bring in their range is a coupe, which as I said above will have as rival the Mercedes CL model. It will have a centrally located engine.
