Two years ago, officials from Rolls-Royce have promised to launch an electric version of Phantom. It seems that they want to fulfill this promise in Geneva next month.The unit is highly experimental and the British manufacturer has not yet indicated its intention to introduce a production version of this model, whose code name is 102EX.
After the launch in Geneva, those from Rolls-Royce will carry this model in a world tour presentation, during which many owners and enthusiasts of the brand will be invited to test the unconventional model and according to their opinion, British engineers will seek answers to questions like: in what consists an acceptable range with a battery charged? or how would Rolls battery handle in extreme weather conditions?
It's a long road that people at Rolls-Royce wants to go through, remains to be seen the result of this journey.
