Currently, the CR-Z is only available in hybrid version. But the Japanese manufacturer plans to expand he's horizon, looking to introduce a 1.6-liter turbo version. This engine will have two versions: a 160-hp and a 200 one. The latter will be called CR-Z Type R. This engine will also on Jazz, Civic and Accord models.Although last year Honda CR-Z has been Car of the Year in Japan, sales of this model began to drop dramatically, because only one version is available. By introducing the 1.6-liter turbocharged version, Honda hopes to eliminate this handicap of sales.
