Mercedes has announced that plans to launch in 2012 in U.S. a very economical version of GLK, called GLK BlueTEC .Ernst Lieb, director of Mercedes-Benz USA, said in a statement made at Los Angeles, that from 2012 on U.S. market will be introduced the GLK BlueTEC model. Lieb said that in 2013, in U.S. will be available the C-Klasse BlueTEC. The models will be equipped with a 2.2 liter four cylinder engine, which has a reduced fuel consumption.
