Audi officials said the A6 facelift will be launched at the Detroit Auto Show in 2011. Also, at this event will be revealed new informations about the next generation A6.The new model will feature many elements of the flagship A8, but also of the new A7. On the future Audi A6 will be implemented the new Aluminum and Steel Spaceframe platform (ASF II), this way the German model will be 50% lighter .
