Bavarians are testing at Miramas circuit in France the new M5 F10 in extreme conditions. Germans are optimizing the engine, transmission, suspension, steering, dual clutch transmission and Active-M differential..

Under the hood of the new BMW M5 F10 will be a 4.4-liter V8 engine, which delivers 575 horsepower (429 kW). Also, BMW has confirmed that in future there will be an AWD version of the M5. Customers will have on their disposal a seven-speed DCT transmission and a manual.
