Spy Shots: first images with the future Kia Cee'd

The images reveal that the new Kia Cee'd takes a lot of aesthetic elements of Hyundai i30. Cee'd's design was developed in Europe.

Those from
Kia have worked with Hyundai to develop diesel and otto engines for Cee'd. It is possible that the new compact model prefigured by the prototype from images to benefit from a hybrid version with diesel engine.

The design of the first generation Kia Cee'd has
fell into the responsibility of the team led by Miklos Kovacs. In 2010, Kia Cee'd came with a facelift applied by the new chief design team, Peter Schreyer. The current generation of Kia Cee'd has not received a hybrid version, even if in Paris Motor Show 2008 was presented a hybrid version of the Korean model. Kia Cee'd has ISG system, due to which the engine stops at traffic lights and by pressing the clutch it starts again. This system is extremely effective in terms of consumption.

From an aesthetic point of view, the new Kia Cee'd shows a more aggressive shape, with more fluid lines. It remains to be seen how the series variant of the new compact model will look, unfortunately this
camouflage is pretty poor in details.
