BMW has given a facelift to the coupe and convertible version of the 1 Series model. The two redesigned versions will be presented at the Auto Show in Detroit in 2011.
Bavarians have introduced on the new models a series of new headlights and a front splitter. Also taillights have undergone certain changes. Bavarian manufacturer offers in addition to the two facelifted models two other 17-inch rim sets and another of 18 inch. Germans offer is enriched also at "colors" chapter, this time being available more shades.
Implemented front splitter bar creates an air curtain effect on the front wheels. German officials say that this element reduces friction with the air at the bottom of the model and provides a more effective level of emissions.
