9ff GT9-R is the result of an independent manufacturer, they have created the most frightening enemy of Bugatti Veyron, McLaren F1, Ferrari Enzo, Pagani Zonda in terms of speed. SSC Ultimate Aero is not anymore the fastest hypercar approved for the road. and the Bugatti Veyron, Saleen S7 Twin Turbo, Koenigsegg CCX appear suddenly even exceeded, or at least this the message that 9FF wants to send us about their hypercar. We do not know whether to take it seriously yet, the fact is that from a 911 they made a fireball of 1120 hp, capable of reaching 414 km/h. GT9-R has been created on the basis of 911 GT3, but technically the DNA of this model was fully reconstructed. So instead of rear-mounted engine, the tuner has implanted its own central unit. They have extended the rear for a better stability, and they have attached a speaker like those of the models from FIA GT. The new engine is also impressive, with a capacity of only 4.0 liters, but twin-turbo, develops more force than the massive quad turbo Bugatti Veyron and a torque of 1050 Nm.
Under these auspices the fireball can reach 100 km/h in 2.9 seconds, 300 km/h in 15.8 seconds and the top speed is 414 km/h. If their specifications will be proved as real, this model will be faster than the Guinness Book record holder, SSC Ultimate Aero, which is recorded with 412 km/h. But unlike the american fireball, the one proposed by the germans will be offered in a wider range, of 20 units. The engineers from 9FF are saying that each model will be unique, because every car will be made after the owner's specifications, and there are two intermediate versions of performance: one of 750 hp and the other one of 987 hp (for those who fear of the monstrous top version). The price was not disclosed, but surely will be smaller than the one of Bugatti Veyron.
