Future Porsche 911 GT3 will not have manual transmission and rear engine?

Rumors have emerged that support the fact that the next generation 911 GT3 will not have neither manual transmission, or rear engine. Manual gearbox will be replaced with a PDK, which is accompanied by double-clutch, the engine will be centrally mounted this time.

Some say
that the future GT3 will be equipped with a 4.0 liter unit with six-cylinder, which is capable of producing 480 horsepower. The new model could have 90 kg (200 pounds) less than the current generation.
