Rumors have emerged that support the fact that the next generation 911 GT3 will not have neither manual transmission, or rear engine. Manual gearbox will be replaced with a PDK, which is accompanied by double-clutch, the engine will be centrally mounted this time.Some say that the future GT3 will be equipped with a 4.0 liter unit with six-cylinder, which is capable of producing 480 horsepower. The new model could have 90 kg (200 pounds) less than the current generation.
