New spy pictures have appeared with new convertible version of the famous German supercar. The prototype was caught in Stuttgart area.The biggest difference between the two versions of the SLS is the fact that the new roadster will be equipped with conventional doors.
In terms of motorization, Mercedes SLS AMG Roadster will receive the same 6.3-liter V8 engine capable of developing 563 horsepower and 650 Nm of torque. The engine will be assisted by a seven-speed double clutch transmission. Fireball will reach 100 km/h in just four seconds and top speed will reach the value of 309 km/h.
Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG Roadster will be presented at the Frankfurt Motor Show in September 2011.
