Hyundai has unveiled the first images with estate version of the i40 model. The model will debut at the Geneva Motor Show next year in spring.The car has a length of 4.77 meters, a width of 1.81 meters and a wheelbase of 2.72 meters.
As for engines, the model will have versions equipped with CRDi diesel engines and petrol GDI, which equips the Kia Optima versions. In the future, it could be launched a hybrid version of the model which will be equipped with the same drive train existing on Sonata Hybrid, which was introduced in the U.S. market. The car would benefit this way of a 2.4-liter engine and an electric unit, which together would develop 200 horsepower.
i40 CW will debut in Europe in spring 2011, and the rest of Hyundai models will be launched on the European continent at the Frankfurt Motor Show next year.
