Porsche 918 Spyder - a hybrid that takes your breath away

Porsche 918 Spyder. My reaction is somehow similar to that which i had when I saw the One 77 from Aston. It reminds me a bit about Aston Martin.

Like most, I see a strong resemblance between the taillights of the 918 Spyder and those from Audi R8. Profile seems to me that would be a mix between legendary Carrera GT and R8. I am tempted to think that those who created R8's design have been inspired by the Carrera GT, considering the similarity of the profile of the two models. But, what can we do?! it doesnt't matter who "stole" from who.

The idea is that engineers from Porsche have created a model that will make problems to alot of very redoubtable opponents.

When you see it you ask yourself: what has this car in addition comparing to other cars from her segment?

yea, it looks very good, but the even more interesting part is that this bomb on four wheels has a 500 horsepower V8 engine under the hood, accompanied by two other engines, which are electric, one on the rear axle and the other on the front, which adds another 208 horses to the insatiable beast. The power is transmitted by the PDK gearbox with 7 reports.

The electric tank is a Li-Ion battery that can be loaded both from a normal outlet, and by converting kinetic energy from the braking periods. The officials from Porsche are claiming that Porsche 918 Spyder reaches 100 km/h in 3.2 seconds and has an incredible average consumption of only 3.8 litri/100km.
They say that the car is able to traverse the whole circuit Nurburgring in less than 7 minutes and 30 seconds.

In other words, faster even than the Carrera GT. Such information few people would be able to believe, IT JUST SOUNDS TOO GOOD!

As design, it seems to be a current version of 917. The interior seems to say that this is the direction the brand is heading. So much for 918 Spyder. For now!
