Audi unveiled the first official pictures and informations about A6 facelift. The new Audi A6 has a length of 4.92 meters, a width of 1.87 meters and a height of only 1.46 meters. In terms of optional elements, one of the delights are the LED lights. Inside, the dashboard shows a slight inclination towards driver. The inside makes you feel like you stepped on a realm where you are immediately assaulted by craftsmanship, luxury and a lot of sensuality. You feel enveloped by the crazy desire to taste at least once the pleasure of driving it, to feel it's just yours.
The German model has five engine versions: two petrol and three TDI engines. These engines are able to deliver between 177 and 300 horsepower. They benefit of a start-stop system, kinetic energy recovery system and braking thermal managemen system. Whole Audi A6 range has 19% reduction in fuel consumption.
The most efficient engine variant is the 2.0-liter TDI, which has a manual transmission and develops 177 horsepower. The engine has an average fuel consumption of just 4.9 litres/100 km. CO2 emissions are 129 g/km. In the A6 range is also available a hybrid version which is capable of developing 245 horsepower. Under A6 Hybrid's hood lies a 2.0-liter TFSI engine, which has an average consumption of 6.2 litres/100 km.
In terms of transmissions, there are available manual gearboxes, Multitronic transmissions and S-Tronic transmissions with dual clutch. Audi says that all A6 engines are offering optimal reports.
