Engineers from Toyota Racing Development have launched for the controversial Japanese hybrid a sport package. In terms of motorization, the changes are null, but on aesthetic level there will be some... welcome changes. These changes will not affect the car's fuel consumption.The perfoemance package includes a set of 17-inch alloy wheels made by forging. The wheels are wrapped with 215/45 R17 tires, they are having a special ET in order to increase the track without damage in any way the reduced resistance to advancing of the standard model.
Toyota officials have said that the car handling has been enhanced significantly due to this performance package, fuel efficiency without being affected in any way.
Performance car were enlarged because the people at Toyota Racing Development have assembled a set of sport springs that reduce ride height and a front axle anti-roll beat. Thanks to these elements, cornering stability and direction response have been dramatically improved. Another delight included in this package is that on aesthetic level, seven pieces will be painted in body color, they are: a front bumper spoiler, a diffuser integrated in the rear bumper, a set of side skirts, etc..
Drag coefficient of just 0.25 is not affected in any way by this performance package.
