Ingolstadt manufacturer plans to sell worldwide, 200 000 of A7 Sportback, on the whole lifetime of the model.
Peter Schwarzenbauer, head of sales for the German company said in a statement: "We expect that two-thirds of all buyers will be new customers (who have not had an Audi yet)".
There are two versions of the A7 Sportback, a turbo petrol and diesel, both tied to a 7-speed automatic transmission. The first version is a 3-liter TFSI engine which develops an output of 300 hp (between 5250 and 6500 rpm) and maximum torque of 440 Nm (between 2900 rpm 4500). This version goes from 0 to 100 km/h in 5.6 seconds, being able to reach a top speed of 250 km/h, electronically limited. Average consumption is 8.2%. CO2 emission level measures 190 g / km. The second version is a 3-liter TDI engine that develops 245 hp (between 4000 and 4500 rpm) and maximum torque of 500 Nm (between 1400 and 3250 rpm). It reaches 100 km/h in 6.5 seconds, top speed is 250 km/h. The average consumption is 6%. CO2 emissions level measures 150 g/km.
