Kia has released the first pictures of Rio, a small class model. Kia Rio comes with the same platform on Hyundai i20. It will be presented at the Geneva Motor Show in March.Outside, we see that the model design benefits from the same design line applied on the other models in the range, element evidenced by the front and rear. The grille is accompanied by some very imposing optical blocks, air smaller vents. Profile shows some very elegant lines, which offers a certain level of sportsmanship. The new Rio is larger in length, width and wheelbase. The ceiling is also a little bit lower, in order to provide a more pleasant design.
The interior was also improved through the implementation of materials with a higher quality level.
The manufacturer will publish theengines list in Geneva. Kia Rio complies Euro 5 rules.
Certainly will be offered petrol engines (1.4 liters) and diesel (1.6), connected to five and six-speed manual transmissions.
Other engine variants could also be a diesel and 1.1-liter four-cylinder and a petrol soft-turbo 1.2-liter with direct injection.
